Residential Weed Control in Slaughterville, OK
Lawn Care for Slaughterville Country Living
Weed control and fertilization for homes on acreage across Slaughterville, from a locally owned team just up the road in Moore.
Slaughterville takes its name from a grocery store James Slaughter ran in the early 1900s. The area was settled in the Land Run of 1889 and incorporated in 1970, partly so it wouldn't be annexed by Norman, Noble or Lexington. The town's motto says it all: "Dedicated to Country Living." (In 2004, the town council even turned down a request to rename it Veggieville.)
Today about 4,200 people live across roughly 39 square miles, mostly on acreage, with plenty of woods and the Canadian River along the western edge.
Wooded Lots and Shady Yards
Much of Slaughterville is wooded, and that shade makes it hard for Bermuda to stay thick. Thin turf under trees is where weeds move in first.
Fescue overseeding fills in shady areas where Bermuda won't grow
Tree and shrub care keeps your trees healthy
Perimeter pest control helps keep ants and spiders from the woods out of your home
Treat the Lawn, Not the Whole Pasture
On a country property, you probably don't need every acre treated. We'll focus on the lawn you actually maintain around your home and price the program by that area, not your whole lot.
